I come from South Korea, was born 1992. studied Go at the about more than 10 years, first my Go-School was in Suwon where my hometown nearby Seoul, and moved to Yoo-Chang Hyuk 9p's Go-School when i was 15, and then Yangcheon-Daeil, i studied with many of strong professional players because i wanted to become professional player. Severely, I competed with many strong players in Yunguseng-league (Insei, in Japanese) for about 5 years, That‘s why i could become stronger.
Few years later, I started to teach Go for children at the professional Go-school for more than three years, in that period i learned a lot how to play with little kids and how I should approach them, which i never had an opportunity to discover about me myself how i should teach Go for the children, so it was really valuable memories to me. And while that time i went to Europe for my vacation, and i got to know that there was a tournament in south of France, Strasbourg I participate in it and enjoyed a lot. It was everything new to me. Cultures,
atmospheres, how European people enjoy Go, which i never seen before in my whole Go carrier in Asia. I was really impressed by them. That's the main reason why I decided to take my boat to go to Europe for my second journey in my real life.
Since 2016, I've been teaching Go in Germany as an international Go-instructor to spread Go in Europe and make it more active for the local Go communities.
